I started lifting initially to help with my self-esteem. As I trained, I found a renewed appreciation for my body and its capabilities. Training has helped in boosting my confidence by allowing me to look and feel my best, and I love helping others achieve the same. I began my fitness journey with traditional weight training, but training in a wide variety of areas since such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, bodybuilding, and functional training have shown me there are unlimited ways to work out. I believe there is an activity out there suited for everyone, and I love helping others find the exercise program that is right for their body and lifestyle. As a former Airman, and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, I bring a level of discipline and determination to my training that helps clients push past their limits to attain their goals.
